My Washing Machine door

Normally it's something simple
that causing the problem. Is there water in the machine?
If so, you need to drain the machine, the latest types
of machine have a device which prevents you from opening
the door while there is water in it. Unhook the drain
hose from the wall outlet pipe & lower into a bucket/basin
and drain the water out of the machine. |

First of all, check the drum
moves freely. If not there may be something caught in
the drum. You may need to call one of our engineers. If
the drum moves freely. Inspect the belt is on properly.

reasons why a washing machine won't empty, the main problems
are, blocked drain filter, blocked internal hoses, or,
faulty drain pump. The first thing to do is drain the
washing machine manually. Unhook the drain hose from the
wall outlet pipe & lower into a bucket/basin and drain
the water out of the machine. |
